Coffee, coriander, paprika, brown sugar, salt, chili flakes, spices.

Clermont Coffee partnered with Chef Mark Fredette of Iron & Grass Chophouse in Hudson, New York. This “Local” Coffee Rub is made with Clermont Coffee’s Costa Rican coffee, freshly roasted and ground with other spices for Chef’s special recipe.

Each bag is heat sealed for longevity.

A 6oz bag goes along way: you don’t need allot, it is not a salty rub or a spicey rub. You can use it dry or wet.

The rub is delicious on meat, poultry and fish.
