Placing an Order

On our “Home Page” tab and our “Shop” page tab you’ll find our three different sized coffee bags for purchase. You may check out as “A Guest” or you may create “An Account” for easy to place repeat orders.

Shipping and Delivery

We hand roast weekly and ship orders within one to two business days of fulfillment. We do not ship on Saturday or Sundays. We ship from the zip code, 12526 which is within the Hudson River Valley, New York. We use Ship Station as our Shipping Service. If you have particular delivery instructions please ensure to make note when placing your order. If we become aware that a shipment will take longer than expected we will use your shipment information to contact you, so to keep you informed of the estimated delivery time. We are a very small operation however; we always do our very best to ensure your coffee arrives timely.  

Holiday Orders and Shipments

Due to the size of our operation, we are unable to ship packages to be delivered on or near the following Holidays: Christmas, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Fourth of July Holiday. Please place your orders ahead of time to ensure you have your coffee for those special occasions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method and shipping address. You will see the estimated shipping costs when you place your order in your cart.

Sales Tax

All coffee is tax-free. All other items shipped within New York are subject to applicable sales tax.


We require payment upon the submission of your purchase. You may use PayPal or Authorize for your coffee purchase. We do not accept checks, cash or COD payment forms.

Returns and Exchanges

Clermont Coffee Roasting Company is very confident of their product however, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within five business days of receipt of the shipment. Please ensure your bagged coffee is in the original packaging with all other materials that were included within the shipment.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. No returns will be accepted after five business days of receipt of package. We are not able to issue a credit to anyone except the original purchaser.

Once the item has been received and inspected by Clermont Coffee Roasting Company, a credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s card. You may return the product to the following address: Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package.
